Apparently even if you buy the tickets online you need to queue in the street and step into water to get in. The guys at the front door were rude, disrespectful and useless, the wardrove lines couldn't have been longer and the museum was absolutely crowded. While I love Van Gogh's art and enjoyed the expositions, the whole chaos and poor management ruined the experience.
