I would like more information please on where I stand in regards to the letter I received yesterday (8th February 2021) claiming that I have an apparent parking charge notice from back in January 2020 and threatening me with court proceedings etc and to just pay the apparent parking charge.

Firstly, this is the first letter I have EVER received from yourselves even though you have said on the letter that you have written to me on several occasions and Secondly, this particular car park has 3 hrs free parking, I use this regularly and I m certain I have never exceeded this in the whole time Iv been parking there so need to see proof of the infringement please to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
