I am so happy with the service I received from two staff members at Second Beach pool on Sat, Aug.1st. I had just been in a bike accident, causing our family to be late for our 12:00 public swim session. When I explained this to Pedro, the pool attendant, he not only honoured our reservation, but called the life guard to attend to my injuries, and gave us complimentary tickets to the following swim session. Drew, the lifeguard professionally cleaned and bandaged my wounds Cheerfully. I am so impressed with the exceptional service and compassion of these two extraordinary staff. They saved the day! Sheila
