Purchased a HID kit that had a few issues. Attempts to process a warranty claim is like pulling teeth. I am sure tech support is great, but the warranty / return process is the worst I have ever experienced. Even if you can get it done, any money you are owed will take like 2 weeks to get back for some reason. My suggestion is if you need to do a warranty claim for a simple part, just buy the part you need from Amazon and get it the next day vs spending a week discussing it with them and more weeks waiting to get your money back.
