Very very disappointed. First off, I have never been there before so we reserved online. Well dont do that because you wont receive any perks for being a newbie. You cant use the luggage carts yourself. You have to "pay" for it. There really isnt that many machines or even a good variety. One flat pillow per person, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Hair dryer kept overloading plug in and the room was so damp you stuck to the sheets. Was not worth the amount of money and food sucked. Their new bar n grill had lousy service, very costly(a super small club sandwich...$13 and it was imitation cheese slices on it...gross. The brisket sandwich had no flavor. The only good thing that night there was watching a guy propose , down on knee, to his lady..please do not stay here if your gambling. It is not worth it at all. I didnt even want to put a star but cant post reviews till I added star.
