Very bad service! They told me it should take no more than 3 to 4 weeks for a product to be repaired and I've been waiting for almost 2 months and still no idea about the status of the product itself. I had already issue with another product I bought in the electronic department. Just to make an example (but I repeat, it is just an example, I could write here a long list): I called for the third time and the contact person tried to forward the call to the responsible guys and I didn't get any answer even after 4 minutes of waiting time. This is not the way clients should be treated. I recommend you to avoid this place completely.
