Called in today and it was so bad it was laughable...

Called in today and it was so bad it was laughable. The guy I got sounded like a teenager on his first day on the job. He was so lost that I would be embarrassed if I was the business owner and had my company represented this way. I don t know if anything was done on the account and don t really want to risk calling back. These workers clearly need more training.
