My first experience with AMC was when I broke my ankle while I was 7 months pregnant. I had to have surgery to reconstruct it. They provided me with a fantastic labor and delivery nurse the entire time. They took very good care of me and my husband while he waited. I also had my baby at AMC. The labor and delivery rooms are very nice. You can have a water birth there which is what I did. It was fantastic and worth it. The room we were in after the baby was born was tiny and the food was awful. But otherwise we have had several good experiences with Atlanta medical center.
