My feel good story of 2020: bought a used truck from Joe Cotton Ford. This truck slipped through the cracks and shouldn t have been sold without a warning. You hear about the big guy taking care of the little guy but you never experience it. I did, with this dealership. They took the truck back, gave me what I paid, even a little extra to compensate my troubles, AND THEN gave me a smokin deal on a better vehicle with 1/3 the mileage. I don t want to give false hope that they have the deal of a lifetime on every car they sell, but when every dealer in America could have easily said you bought it as-is, pal and brushed me off... Pam and Danny went WAY out of their way to take care of my problem. 8 fords in my family, when they get replaced in the future this will be our new go-to dealer.
