Had my one and only experience with them today. I am visiting relatives in the area. I was on the freeway, I got a "check engine" light and called them. They were not busy and the CS rep 'Jad' took me right in.

I signed for a $170 diagnostic. Abraham came back with the diagnosis (vacuum error - 99% chance the gas cap is bad). No BS, they knocked my $170 down to $85 'cuz they did it so quick.

Very courteous, kind and professional. I would go back.
