Take a lot to impress me, but Phap N., Service Specialist from Home Depot/Yes!, succeeded. On July 22, 2019. I phoned Home Depot/Yes! for service on my unit. Within hours, Phap acknowledged my call. He was very professional and knowledgeable about air conditioners. After thoroughly inspecting my unit, he suggested an upgrade unit that would be more efficient. He arranged for installation the following day and it went like clockwork. Phap is a great asset to Home Depot/Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Thank you! Darlene D.
