Sure they offer a lifetime warranty. They shouldn'...

Sure they offer a lifetime warranty. They shouldn't have to if their products held up like they used to. I broke the screw driver medium blade on one tool that a regular screw driver had no problem with, and the modern blades don't hold an edge to save their lives. Apparently they're aware of this and the newer tools have replaceable blade inserts, which if you're cutting thick wire, then the jaws will break... This location, despite being the only US factory will NOT exchange a broken tool, they require you to wait 7 - 10 business days so they can ship you a tool from their Tennessee warehouse that they made in Portland, and has been shipped to Tennessee. Because that's being smart and efficient... I wish Benchmade made a multi-tool, then it'd stay sharp, and they offer walk in service.
