Be Very Very Very careful when signing contract ... or Cancelling ..
Poor customer centric application. Due to potentially application glitch, my cancellation did not go through ... after returning holidays noticed the deductions. I had to physically go in to cancel the membership ..Again.

Overall Poor customer-centric business .. They can see in their system that I did not visit the club since 4 Dec 17 ...But three month later, I have and still have to pay $17 per week.

Customer service is also questionable when business are operating on such a viscous tactic .. that said I have come across some good coach and staff.
