Untrustworthy. Severely mishandled my case yet subsequently happily took 75% of the meagre payout I ended up accepting because I couldn't trust them to continue with litigation. I would have received more if I took the insurance companies initial offer, without all the emotional turmoil and hassle caused by Howie, Sacks & Henry. They said anything and everything in our initial meeting to get me to sign with them so I ended up having to hand over the majority of my payout to them. Appalling.
