Last year, our niece (age 11) took an afterschool class in sign language at a Boys and Girls Club. She picked it up quickly and showed interest so we sent her to Le Tutor for this summer to learn American Sign Language (ASL). The Le Tutor facility is a warm and friendly place and you are always made to feel very welcome. The ASL sessions not only included learning signs but made extensive use of interactive activities as well as providing information about the deaf culture. We are amazed at the speed with which she has increased her skill level.

Her tutor, Dawn is the best! She is outgoing, energetic and very encouraging. Our niece enjoyed her sessions and each week could not wait to come to the next class. She became highly motivated under Dawn s coaching and every day, outside of class she enthusiastically, on her own, works hard to learn more. Next year when she returns for the summer we will be enrolling her again!
