Good facilities moreover business mind only, treatment is bad,my mother done surgery from there for ear last year and it was failed because of there careless and they have done again surgery. Presently no proper shape even pain also there. Getting more bad couldn't work like before.I heard few more issues also from other people.
I can't express my gratitude towards Dr. Manoj. The first thing you like him is that he will make you confident and explain you what's the problem. He is a bit fast and it's not wrong as many patients are waiting. There are who has booked a month advance. The other doctors are also so comfortable to talk with and you feel a secure as in safe hands. In My case 2 other doctors said I need to go for a surgery and I had spend nearly 1.5 lakh initially ( though it's insurance claimed) as I am an expat and then came to visit him after visiting an another doctor who also said I need to go for a surgery and will cost more than 1 lakh. I was recommended by one of our neighbour to him as I don't hail from the same city. He does not give you any unwanted tests and other related. Antibiotics is out of his question and you will never get a prescription which is not required. The total cost was just below Rs 10000!. And he advised me to send a mail if I have any problems and no need to travel. It's not the money I am talking here....it's the way he takes care of the patients. One more thing in addition is defence personals have a free consultation which is truly admired. I sincerely thank all from the bottom of my Heart and highly recommend the hospital. All you need is to have patience if you visit the hospital which is for your own good in future.

I agree with the comment above about the attitude of their staff. We were asked to reach at 630am with a little one, empty stomach, for a minor procedure. They kept us on waiting 3 hours for the Anastasia doctor. Fully air conditioned, but they won't switch on the AC unless you are asking to do so. They should value the time of patient and relatives.
Four of the well known doctors from kerala & Tamilnadu suggested us to undergo a surgery for my 6 year old daughter. We came to Dr. MANOJ for a last opinion and opted a best place for surgery. Fortunately, Dr.Manoj insisted us to avoid surgery as she is perfectly all right.

Consulted him 2 years back with nose problems (Nose bend) . Once we enter to the consulting room he was taking class for some students. I started talking about my issues he not even looking at us and he focused on his teaching . At the end he told no use to do anything just follow the medicines what I give.As he said I brought the medicine for 4 month, after 2 days I reach dubai for my work had a doubt how to take the medicines, so I met my friend( END Specialist) and ask him how. He ask me do have Astma? He said its for Astma patient medicines.dont take it..
So I wrote whole story to understand. Dr was focusing on students not to the patients. If he want to teach its OK. But do it separately right? Don't keep the patient as second preference!!
Some of you think why I didn't complain.. Cause no use to say.. He might say sorry /mistake from pharmacist noting will happen. For me I find a better Dr.

It's the best ent hospital in Calicut. They have patients from different places. The registration fee is bit on the higher side. They also have week equipped operation theater. The doctor felt like a bit rude to me, he didn't smile and talk in a unfriendly way.

I went through the entire feedbacks and decided to meet the Doc for my daddy.This man turned out to be a saviour just not for my 82 year ailing daddy's hearing concerns but also suggested to see a neuro at the earliest which turned out to be a good decision.What I liked about Dr Manoj is that the time he took out to speak to my dad and to listen to his concerns which daddy had written on a paper as he was not able to speak well.
Well,I totally understand that not everytime he can lend his ears when we we visit him as he has numerous patients waiting outside.
Having elderly parents has made me come across different doctors across the state.
This man genuinely has a gift of gab which makes him an excellent conversationalist apart from his god gifted profession.
Not every Doctor understand the simple fact that a humble casual conversation by a doctor makes a patient forgo his pain.
Not to forget it's equally responsible for the patient or the accompanied ones to express good behaviour as well.
I had a "beeep" sound in my ear and some doctors here in Malappuram advised a surgery. We needed a second opinion and we get to knew about this hospital. Had the oppurtunity to meet Dr. Manoj himself and he was against that surgery prescription. It was just a frequency issue and infact no actual medications exist for it. As it will be cured naturally. As he said,the problem was resolved. And he hadn't prescribed any unnessecary scannings or medications as did by some famous medical practioners I consulted in Malappuram.
The same goes for my Migraine problem. Consulted Dr. Sandeep from Manoj' ENT and the treatment was so systematic. He kept on reducing the dosage of the medicine and its frequency and over time, my migraine just disappeared. Now, it comes very occasionally and I just need to take a tablet then. I am so happy that I was taking medicines for the same regualrly before consulting here.
Will be grateful to Dr. Manoj and Dr. Sandeep throughout my life. Highly recommended.
Waste of time to consult a docter and business oriented hospital. Wasted whole day for consulting a docter and more over they asked me to wait for one month period to consult docter Dr. Manoj

I am Dr. Devan from kannur. I have been attacked by a patient who has been instigated by Dr. Manoj. He instigated the patient to file a case against me. A doctor who instigates a patient to attack another doctor is the worst scoundrel of the society.
Earlier, a patient whom i had operated and had a recurrence, he put the patient on a video and said my surgery had failed. To stoop to the level of instigating patients to attack doctors, just to get some practice shows how depraved one can be.
I am deeply hurt.
I am writing this to caution other doctors and warn patients.

Everything is good except the payment. They don't have ANY digital mode of payment available which is really a disappointment in this time. Someone has to run around if they don't have liquid cash in hand. Being a popular clinic, they should have taken care of this at least.

Facilities and services are at above average and consultation charges are comparatively fine.
Switch board calls are treated very badly. Call attendant should have been better trained for hospital like this.
My sister had a submandibular gland stone which was causing severe pain.... I was guided by my colleague to Dr Manoj... He performed sialendoscopy and removed the stone ...Later I came to know that this procedure s done in very few centres in India ... We could defer a surgery and got the best treatment .... Would appreciate for excellent care and service provided by staff ...

The wait is too long and their appointment scheduling is a joke, no regard for the patients time. Kindly get a bit more organised in terms of quality and time management.

Its quite sad that an institution like this responds this way, instead of taking this as a constructive criticism upon which you should improve/revamp your services, you are justifying it. And regarding "understanding the situation of medical professionals" i too belong to the medical fraternity, and your right we have to limit people coming in as a crowd but it is counterproductive when you just put them all to wait in a cluster like a heard of bees. Heard of Slot based booking system ? it is by adoption of such measures that you show that you value your patients, clients and "THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION" and not by blaming the understanding of people like me.

A superb hospital with excellent, efficient and highly professional doctors and staff. Very reasonable consultation , registration fees. The doctors never over prescribe any medicines and most of the time they attempt curing with ENT related exercises( my own experience where I had fainting and disbalance).
A great experience with best ENT doctor Dr.Manoj , doctor cleared all our doubts and shared valuable suggestions to us.
The professionalism of the staff is beyond compare. However, their system of appointments needs major rework. An hour's waiting time even with an appointment is no surprise

Satisfied with doctor and facility. Can't say one of them. Most of the staff had no regard for the timing of the patient. The staff were told to wait for hours without taking any notice of the doctor's tests, after taking the first token from other districts and seeing the doctor. For example, if the doctor had just booked the audiology department, he would have saved the patient hours. Staff attitudes were not enough to help implement a 'come first serve' policy. Their behavior was such that the patient had no sense of being their customer. We sincerely wish that the criticism would be taken at its own cost, and that the great service of the doctor should not leave the clinic alone in the face of this stupidity.

I write this review to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Manoj sir for giving me this new world. I had undergone stapedectomy surgery last month and today was my first day at office after the surgery. I was quite nervous as if I will be able to hear the sounds better than before.
