This dealership doesn t even deserve one star. The service that I have been dealing with is UNACCEPTABLE. Excuse my rant but if you re planning on buying a car from them DONT DO IT. I REGRET buying a car from them. It s so easy to buy a car from them but when you need any assistance it s extremely hard to hear from someone. When we bought our car we gave them our address and provided proof of residency. A week later they called because the address they had on file was not the same that we gave our lender. We went back and forth with them in oder to show proof of address. We exchanged emails for a week straight and even had to drive all the way down there to have them fix it and we live an hour away from the dealership. After 40 days we were supposed to receive our license plate. 40 days passed and we didn t receive them because they were sent to the wrong address!!! I gave them the correct address and they told me they d send me new ones and Id be getting them in 2 weeks. I talked to Juan and Jose about it and they never got back to me. Finally 4 months after buying the car, after taking trips down there and constant calling, they received plates. Then we had an issue with the car and it needed service. Since we live an hour away I called to see if I could take it to any Chevy dealership since I have the warranty and they said yes. We took it to Chapman and they couldn t service it because it had to be serviced where we bought it and the information Gateway gave us was wrong. We took the car in on a Saturday, couldn t get a rental car and they said they d look at it on Monday. At that point I was fine. They had it for a week, I picked it up the Friday following that Saturday. I paid over $200 with the warranty only to take it home and find out that my car is leaking oil. I called to the get the issue fixed ASAP and they told me they couldn t do anything because the guy who touched it last wasn t there and he wouldn t be there until Monday and they possibly wouldn t be able to see it until Tuesday or Wednesday. At this point I m beyond mad because I went without a car for a week and now it would be another week because they guy who serviced it did not replace a tube properly!! On top of that they weren t able to provide me with a rental when my warranty states it s covered while my car is being serviced. I m on my way to take it to speak with someone and smoke started coming out of my engine. I called to get an appointment ASAP because it was unacceptable and they said they couldn t service it today. I paid over $200 for them to make the issue worse. I had no problem with my oil leaking before hand. This place is an absolute mess. They unhelpful and don t treat you like a valued customer. Save your time and money and go somewhere other than here.
