I visited the swimming pool and overall was nice, but I have been forced to pay 10% service charges + taxes on such charges - both for the entrance fee and restaurant. Service charge is not mandatory according to government guidelines and should at least be mentioned or written in the price list/menu.

I complained with the receptionist but she didn't know what to say.

Be aware, especially foreigners.
