Placed an order online while I was working. The ad did not say it wasn t in the store and then come to find out it has to be ordered And it s two weeks out. I can t wait that long. I try to cancel my order and it has to be done by email. After five emails, it still has not had a response or a refund and went and purchased the item at the local store. Then come to Find out kids under 16 aren t allowed in the store so what does a single father with kids go to get his product with a competitor and still no refund or response back from the email.
