I was treated like family in their great Service D...

I was treated like family in their great Service Department on Saturday, May 9th, 2020!!
Upon arrival, Ray (I believe), listened to my concerns and only sold me what was necessary. He treated me like he would his own mother!! This was the day before Mother's day!!
Ray wrote up what we had discussed, but I was surprised when he came
around to check on me to make sure that I was doing great!
I also had a great service tech., Barry, who diagnosed any problems that may be lurking in my vehicle.
I don't know how it works in the service department but when I left, with a newly, aligned vehicle, my Lexus floated like a dream!
