This place is nefarious and unprofessional. They offered a job to me without an interview then when I asked to speak to the client to ask a few questions about the job, they suddenly said they were no longer hiring at this time. There was zero communication from Karen regarding this and it took a call from myself to call to do her job. Then I was sent absolutely ridiculous job descriptions that were way off in pay and skills. When I inquired, they kept lying and saying they hadn t heard back from the employer but would let me know. Then out of the blue said the client chose another candidate after I told them I had vacation and they stated it wouldn t be a problem. For a company that makes a living off of talent acquisition and employee relations, they do a horrific job within the field. I wouldn t recommend this poorly operated agency to anyone. They somehow feel they are entitled above others. As an HR professional, it s easy to see with just a brief experience that Add Staff is clueless.
