I have an BMW I3 and one day a few blocks away from home my REX (Range Extender) stopped working. I still had some battery in reserves so I made it home safely. I called BMW Service department right away and was told to bring it in as soon as possible. I was assigned with the Service Advisor Mr. Ryan Watson which took excellent care providing the upmost customer service. I was put into a loaner while my vehicle was serviced. Periodically Ryan would call and notify the status until it was ready for pickup. Even though I ended up taking my vehicle back for the same failed REX problem, Ryan took in the vehicle right away and got me back into a loaner. The vehicle problem was addressed and fixed exceptionally fast. I would recommend all my friends and family to Ryan for any Service.
