This is the worst BMW dealership I have ever experienced by far. The property is horrendous. The sales cars are filthy. Also, the management is not only disorganized, but lack any sense of customer service.

On one incident, I took my car in just for a simple wash and tire check. After the cleaning, the management was unable to locate my car. They failed to make note of the vehicle model, color, and status, which left me waiting for well over an hour.

Just recently, I made another appointment to fix my media console, which should have been covered under my extended warranty. Upon arrival, I was left sitting in their service driveway with no assistance or direction whatsoever. Then, the service advisor was 20minutes late for the scheduled appointment. The dealership held my car for well over 24hours. Not only were they unable to fix my media problem. They also failed to inform me that my car had an oil leak. As I checked out, the statement read that they provided an estimate, but I declined. EVEN THOUGH I WAS NEVER INFORMED IN THE FIRST PLACE. This dealership is incredibly negligent. I will never bring my BMW here again!!!
