My daughter purchased a car from Courtesy a few months back. She has been VERY happy with her first purchase! She went for an oil change thinking it was covered under her warranty. Alas, it was not. She was not expecting to pay the amount mentioned for the oil change. Notably upset, the car salesman and the owner of the lot waived the cost of the oil change for her. As a first time car buyer (and during the Covid-madness), I'm sure this helped to ease my daughters mind. THANK YOU COURTESY for making this first time purchase for my daughter a better experience.
