I have been living at 3939 Duke Of York Blvd for a few years now and at first found Del Property Management to have a few flaws, until there was a location manager. When Zani was hired to handle our building all my prayers were answered and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Del from that point on. His leadership, accountability, customer service and attention to detail is the best I've ever experienced at any building I've ever lived in. For him and the rest of the staff currently at 3939 Duke Of York Blvd, I give 5 stars!
