How can I report this rubbish? Can I call police?

I bought event ticket from ticketmaster and been forced to buy this useless ensurance without my aware. I called them to cancel but no one pick up the phone, voice mail told me to write an email. I wrote 2 emails, not hear back anything.

I will report this to customer union or police if necessary.
