Bought a Subaru BRZ From them last year. During the paperwork signing I was offered various extended warranties which I had no interest in. I was courteous enough to let him finish his pitch on it before politely declining. Undeterred by my objection he pushed a second time to which I plainly said no. At this point he told me quote "You'd be an idiot not to at least get the basic extended warranty. " Basically calling me an idiot.

I did end up finishing the transaction. And also brought a friend there and he bought a subaru from them. To which I have yet to see the $50 referral that I was promised and told was going to be in the mail within the week. Not once but five times after I went there to check up on it.

At this point I all I've gotten is a $10 off my next service coupon that is suspiciously not fifty dollars.
