We initially made a reservation on the top floor, not knowing the environment was designed to feel like the worst parts of a Las Vegas nightclub. Swirling blue lights, a "beat dropping" DJ and perhaps the loudest single room I've been in at any restaurant. Maybe it was because we were with a celebrity, but they quickly accommodated us, moving us down to the "quiet" floor. Once there, the service was impeccable, the food excellent, and the ambience much more relaxed. If you are looking for a steak in Los Angeles, there are few places you can go to get a better one than here. Plus, you get an old school Hollywood feel to the entire proceedings. As long as you are willing to spend the money (and it was unbelievably pricey), I'll give it a recommend... just avoid that painful top floor unless you're looking for a nightclub experience.
