Scott DuPont called me on November 22nd and inquire if I received a recall notice for my airbags. He explained he was from the sales department, he wanted to follow up with Honda customers about the recall. He said he would make the service appointment, but I declined. I decided to look at the new Civic because he was more concerned with my safety and that of my family. I receive several solicitations; Scott s call was very different he obviously cares about customer service and not JUST SELLING cars.
The fact he didn t push me to buy a new car was very important. I ve decided to replace my Civic instead of repairing the airbags. I m going to shop with Scott DuPont, if you re looking for a Honda I recommend speaking with Scott first at Honda Universe.
