Worst customer service experience! I ve had problems with my cyber commander and have shipped it in already 2 times for repairs which has effected my photography bookings. I ve waited on the device for over a month. I m now having the same mechanical issues and realize I m going to be shipping the device out for repair a 3rd time. This company is a joke and has done nothing to help me. Worst experience I ve had with any company.
