We ve recently changed our property management to ICC and wish we did so earlier. It s clear this company was founded on the principle of quality service and integrity. A property management company is only as good as the person managing your property. Alina Radeanu (onsite manager) is truly exceptional. She s extremely dedicated to her job, highly knowledgeable and treats our property as if it were her own. The quality of tradespeople brought onsite is impressive. I highly recommend ICC as it s evident the company is ethical and interested in maintaining its properties to a high standard (which is a rarity nowadays).
