Extremely rude security guard ruined the whole MoM...

Extremely rude security guard ruined the whole MoMA experience for me. I had just collected my bag and was about to leave the gallery with a smile on my face when I accidentally went out the wrong way. I was already nearly past the waterfall wall when the guard physically barred my way and very rudely told me that the exit was on the other side. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to drop of my bag before entering. When I told him that I would NOT drop off my bag since I was leaving, he just looked st me blankly.

The rudest person I ve met in all of Melbourne and very unprofessional. He had reddish brown hair and a beard. He should be relocated to a less prominent area of the gallery, or better yet dismissed.

I won t be going back to NGV thanks to this experience.
