Everyone at the dealership is very nice, but everything I ever come here for takes a minimum of 2 hours. I currently lease a 2020 Corolla. The process to start the lease took 7 HOURS. Since that day, I have been back for 2 service appointments which each took 2 hours. I'm not sure why everything takes so long. And, in those 2 hours, they don't always address all my concerns, but by the time the appointment is over, I'm so tired of waiting that I just leave. Everything turns out well but it's always incredibly time consuming that it makes me procrastinate and avoid making appointments.
