I m writing to highly recommend Kate Couchman and Olivia Kwon at Nicely Done Kitchens and Steve Endress and his able construction crew.

My old kitchen had dark cabinets that didn t go to the ceiling, pink tile floor, backsplash with pictures of fruit, and little natural light.

Kate spent hours with me, helping me decide on a new open layout, stunning white cabinets, satin nickel cabinet pulls, spectacular Silestone Quartz countertops, Brizo faucet and Insta hot. She is knows every aspect of designing a new kitchen, she was obviously delighted to help me.

Olivia managed the project once the work started. She maintained the schedule so the job would be completed on time. One night recently, after dark, she brought supplies that the crew needed the next day. Her actions are kind and thoughtful.

Steve Endress has a calm, confident, reassuring presence with a lifetime of experience. When, in the middle of the project, I asked if I could add new heat/air registers, refinish the stairs, he said sure. And most importantly, he hires a great crew, and then treats them well.

Caesar and Jose demolished my old kitchen in one long day. They were careful, and I was able to sell the old cabinets, countertops, appliances. They left the space CLEAN!

Caesar also spackled and painted. I ve hired a lot of painters in the past. Caesar is the best spackler I ve experienced. After a wall is painted, it looks flawless.

Wes, our plumber, installed the faucets, dishwasher and gas plumbing. Before he left, he explained what he did and gave me his business card. He said he was confident that he did a good job, but if there were any issues with gas or water, I should call him. (I didn t need to call!) When, after a few days, my Insta Hot wouldn t turn off, he determined that the part was faulty, installed new one, and called later that night to be sure everything was ok.

Leo and Luis installed a new, beautiful oak floor in the kitchen, and they stripped and refinished the floors in the dining room, back room, foyer and stairs to the second floor. My floors are perfect. The 65-year old floors look new, and new and old match perfectly. Leo sings happily at the top of his lungs as he kneels and does back breaking work. It was a joy to have him in my house.

Nate, the electrician, is able and knowledgeable. He made a lot of changes to accommodate my new kitchen, and he helped us figure out some of the old wiring that was confusing.

James and Travis installed my cabinets and appliances, and James installed all of the floor and ceiling trim. It looks beautiful. They both gave me helpful pointers on my new drawers.

Juan measured and then cut the quartz countertops. They are the icing that pulls it all together.

Joe Hilferty at ADU in Chantilly, opened the showroom just for me, and he spent hours explaining and helping me pick all new appliances.When the refrigerator door arrived dented, and he said, it s under warranty! I ll get you a new one. After the kitchen was finished, he came TO MY HOUSE and gave me pointers on each appliance. He is a special man. Buy your appliances from him!

My kitchen is now the beautiful focal point in my house. I feel incredible JOY and happiness when I am in it. I am so lucky to have met Kate, Olivia, Steve, Joe and the team.
