Absolutely the Worst Work Environment and Culture.

I can't speak for the people that work in the massive factory but in the office area, it's absolute dreadful. I don't know how any normal person can live with themselves knowing that they work there. The work environment is very dirty and the washrooms are filthy. They have a cafeteria that only accepts cash, it's cheap but I've had better food when I was in the hospital. The culture is also pretty horrid. Most managers like to use their bully tactics to encourage their employees to work harder. They are also very sexist from what I've seen and heard. My department was lead by an absolute knob along with the rest of the team. There's a saying "the blind leading the blind" this definitely is the true definition of Modatek Systems. I can't believe I wasted my time there. Lesson learned. If you're reading this you're probably wondering how to get there from where you live because you're thinking of applying or have already applied. Please, look for another job because this place is the worst job I have ever had in my 20 year long career. It will ruin your career. Don't be fooled by "a division of Magna"
