I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I arrived for my appointment approximately 15mintues before.
I waited for approximately one hour before being told to re book an appointment. I enquired why or whether or not i would have to pay another fee for booking an appointment and was told I don t know, book it online or call someone.
During my wait, I asked the attendant twice about when my appointment might be - after customers who had arrived after me were having their appointments and was told to kept waiting. The person did not look at when my appointment was or if I had been properly noted until I asked him to.
I am disappointed in the service and lack of knowledge with the VicRoads staff, considering I am very time sensitive. What s the point in booking an appointment.
