Went with a few friends. It's a nice place but definitely geared more towards children and families (which isnt a problem). The customer service from some of the employees however was horrible. Our friend made it there 30 minutes ahead of us, and desperately needed to use the bathroom. They wouldnt let her in saying she "didnt have a ticket yet." Which is understandable, however she did have a ticket and informed them that she did. The front customer service desk clearly didnt want to do their job, and refused to give her the ticket even when mentioning the names of our entire party. So finally the rest of us got there and we explained to the woman that our tickets were behind the desk with her, but she refused to look and in an attitudinal tone told us to go to the ticket counter. The ticket counter staff were friendly and accommodating. We told them we had tickets from the woman that owned the entire building and they said they didnt have them there but they were probably at the counter we were just so rudely sent away from. The man behind the ticket counter offered to go to the other counter for us and low and behold, THEY WERE THERE. He apologized but of course it was fine as it was not his fault. I think if someone doesnt want to do their job (customer service counter) they probably shouldnt work there.
