A lovely hotel in great repair and very well maintained. Part of the older Metropole Hotel family that the Hilton bought. They still use the MAGIC system for guest calls, which in some cases would be a pain but because of the sheer size of this place is a bit of a blessing to have someone help manage your needs.

Really polite and amazing staff, and working as hard and as fast as they can to get everything done for you.

Executive lounge is very clean and well maintained also, and so is the fitness area, Living Well. Lots of amenities and facilities.

Good food, great place to be. Would more than recommend, as I'm hoping my work has me in London soon again so I can enjoy their hospitality once more. Very picturesque location and room views.

One thing to note is its worth bringing an extension cord if you want to charge devices at bedside cabinets. But even then it's the smallest negative against a whole host of positives.
