I would like to congratulate RocDoc on having an incredible girl called Anna working on their customer service line, both on-line, live chat and at the end of the phone. Yesterday I tried to organise a group booking for myself and the family, it was a little complicated to complete on line!
Thank God for Anna! Anna was on duty on the live chat line and was absolutely excellent. She guided me through the whole process, she was so patient, polite, friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to you. Today I called to check the details were all correct and she had the loveliest telephone manner, she remembered me from yesterday (not surprising as I took up at least an hour of her time!), she immediately resolved an error I had made, and completely reassured me that everything was in order. Her manner was so lovely, I felt I was chatting with someone I knew, she was calm, confident, polite and so friendly. This is not the type of service you normally receive from live chats or customer call lines, it was exceptional! I hope you appreciate what a great asset you have in your team! Well done Anna!
