The most unprofessional and unacceptable behavior ...

The most unprofessional and unacceptable behavior I've experienced on a field trip. It's understandable that having a plumbing issue and 100+ children is frustrating, however, taking out those frustrations by shouting and using profanity in a room full of said children is absolutely unacceptable. I'm also extremely unhappy that the blame was shifted to the children for a sewage problem that caused the fountain to be unusable. I seriously hope that problem wasn't present when we first came as some of the children were drinking from the fountain. Besides those issues the bounce room also smelled less than pleasant, the air was thick and it was a bit difficult to breathe. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy having your children yelled at for problems they didn't cause.

This place stinks in more ways than one. Zero stars would be too high of a rating.
