This company is an absolute joke. Wells Fargo claims I missed my rollover date for my 401k after leaving my job despite me wasting time working with them, so they sent my 401k to this company.

Millenium Trust NEVER contacted me. They have my entire 401k and never bothered to tell me. I have tried FOUR TIMES to use their distribution page to get my money. For one reason or another, it freezes or just refuses to move to the next stage. I just want my check. I don't care if you send it to Fidelity or take the 25% and send it to me, just DISTRIBUTE MY 401K so I no longer have to deal with your terrible service.

EDIT: And NOW, I am being contacted that I will have to file a 1099 for my "distribution" that your TERRIBLE company NEVER sent, I NEVER received, and NEVER cashed.
