1 star -only because I have to!! PLEASE READ IF YOU SHOP ONLINE AND DON'T WANT THE WORSE SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!
I would never suggest ordering online from them!! Customer service to corporate customer service sucks!!
I order a pair of Nike Free 4.0 waited 7 business days just to receive the wrong shoe and no one could help me out. It came down to me going into a store from them to put me on the phone with customer service to tell me they will refund me with a check 5-7 business days when I paid with my credit card. This company is a joke!! I suggest you get your money back or shop else where. Any other company puts the customer first and it's not just about numbers ( productivity ) and the customer really does matter!! Here I have had the worse experience of my life!! I was a reward member as well and I will not be shopping with them ever again. They honestly deserve no business! !
