How can you call their service customer service ???

We phoned July 21 to book massages for my husband and I as well as my parents for August 22. I take the trouble to phone because we want to have close hours for our massages and we would all like to be massaged by women. The agent on the phone confirms 2 massages at 12:30 p.m. and 2 massages at 1:30 a.m. Unfortunately, she explains to me that there is only 1 female massage therapist and 1 man. So I ask her to bring the woman with my husband and my father and the massage therapist man to my mother and me.

After my call, I receive a confirmation email that 2 massages are reserved at 12:45 p.m. and 2 others at 2:00 a.m. ??? ... well at least we are at the same time but that's not what we had reserved at the base a few minutes beforehand on the phone !!

So I received a 2nd confirmation email on August 01 stating that 1 massage is now reserved at 12:30 p.m., another at 12:45 p.m. and that my parents are moved at 12:45 p.m. ??? So I send an email to ask why and that my husband and I would like to be together. I am told that the massage therapist must have dinner and that is why the schedule has been changed.

Why did the person who made the reservation not call me to tell me that it was wrong and to readjust offer me to change the hours at our convenience ???

The story does not end there!! When I made my reservation, the lady explained to me that they are now sending the form to be completed 48 hours before by email. She tells me that it is possible to send the email to each individual so I provided her with everyone's emails, THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE SAID EMAIL !!

The day of our massage, I will have a massage at 12:30 p.m., then my husband arrives 15 minutes later for his massage and discovers that he is with a male massage therapist, WHICH IS NOT YET ONCE WE HAVE BOOKED !! Since he was with me when booking and heard that there was only 1 man and 1 woman, so he thought the woman was massaging me (I started at 12:30 p.m.) so as not to spoil my massage he said nothing. He absolutely did not benefit from this massage, being cursed that everything is going so badly with Amerispa !! Coming out of the massages when I join him, he advises me of the situation and I therefore go to reception to ask for my father who will be massaged shortly and have confirmed to me that for him it is correct, he is with the massage therapist.

When I receive the evaluation email of our experience with Amerispa I explain everything and I ask to be called.



I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TELLING A CUSTOMER SUCH THING WHEN IT'S THE CUSTOMER MAKING A REQUEST FOR THE SUPERVISOR TO LISTEN TO THE CALL !!! BUT WHAT IS MERD CUSTOMER SERVICE **.
