I asked for a quote for a property transfer. They gave me a rough estimate and asked me to fill in detailed information about the purchase so that they can give me an accurate estimate. They said they will look at the form and get back to me with an accurate quote and book a date for me. They also said that if I want to move forward, I can ask my realtor and mortgage broker to send documents to them. I filled out the form 25 days ago and did not hear back from them until today they said they ALREADY STARTED MY CASE and asked me to CLARIFY why my mortgage broker told them that I'm working with another firm.
