Great experience at Skoda, Newcastle. Finding out I no longer qualified for a motability car, after 24 years, I found myself with very limited time to find a new car before surrendering the car I had. I explained my situation to Kevin Fawcett and the result is just 2 weeks later I have a car I'm extremely happy with. The customer service Kevin provided was spot on.
