Hi Frank, I can't thank you enough for all your time and energy to get me into this wonderful car!!! This car is soo comfy could definitely drive it long periods around the State and beyond. Sound system great too.
As I told you when I came in only for a test drive, I had been with a competitor for so many years but I thought it couldn't t hurt to test drive my MB "just in case". Well, one thing led to another and there I was in a test drive. You were calm, reassuring and even drove me home so I could
pick up my second car for appraisal. .Again, you encouraged me to look around before I committed. Once I made a decision (closer to dinner!) You enlisted members of different departments to help us seal the deal. When you said you were going to arrange financing no matter what, you most certainly did. If it weren't for the finance manager, the car detailer, th e gentleman that appraised my cars and so many more staff that stayed way past your closing hours, I'm sure I would not have driven home in my new used beautiful C250. The fact that it was red like my old car didnt hurt! M-B was a low pressure, easy to deal with dealership highly committed to make me , the driver, happy I came in. Thanks so much for your low key guidance toward my beautiful very red car. You didn't miss a thing. Much appreciated.
