When the sale happens you get the product, take it home, and hope for the best. If there is a problem (with the product) you'll often find that 'the best' does not exist in the sales crew you bought the product from. Typically, at this point, it is clear they have neither the expertise nor the proper attitude (towards you) to remedy and resolve the problem. You are left frustrated. Buddy and the crew at Sound Waves however, shatters this dismal and commonplace template. These guys reminded me of championship caliber athletes, focused and determined to beat the problem we encountered with my installation. This is noteworthy because 'You Just Don't See That Level Of Customer Service' anymore. So, Buddy, to you and guys: Job very well done indeed.
