I live in Kanata North and most people are being served by Capital, not Kodiak. We decided to give them a second chance after a poor first season with them. Unfortunately, they haven't been very reliable. Have had to open 3 service tickets with them (driveway not cleared to the marker or completely missed 2nd pass after the biggest snow storm in Ottawa (Feb 13) and after the city left us with a gigantic snow mount at the end of our driveway. The person writing the emails informing us of the work being done is thorough in explaining their plan and to be patient that not everyone can be cleared right away, but when they completely forget about your driveway, somehow that gets to you. I can see that they rarely have more than 1 tractor in my area, probably because of the low number of customers that signed with them. Which is understandable. Next time, I'll use a company that most people sign with around the area. So if you are in the Kanata North area, you should probably go with the competition.

I updated my review based on the follow-up of the company and the action taken on my ticket. I live on the Brookside area, near the Sobeys. I opened my last ticket after checking your website GPS tracking multiple times. I could see the tractor in my area, but some time around 8pm, no tractors where showing on the map. So, in my mind, you were done for the night and had missed our driveway. I don't expect to be first in my area and I don't mind being last.... I do mind being forgotten. I did waited until your mapped showed no activity to open my ticket.

As well, I share a driveway with my neighbor and he's with Capital. The timing of their service works better with them as they seem to clear his driveway around the times that matter to us (leaving/arriving and when city plows our street). They have more signs in my area and I understand that they would have more tractors here. I see the bulk of your tractors in Stittsville and Kanata lakes.
