The food is a hit or miss. The only food item I trusted was the lobster and shrimp ravioli, although it is pricey and small in portion..it tastes like heaven
..there was only one time it was way undercooked
..they tried to fix it but the waitress was never to be seen. They came to replaced my order 30 mins later and it tasted the same. The steak is dry and doesn't taste good...everything else is just "meh." The service can be really bad. There was one time the waitress hardly showed her face, and we were there 3 hours just waiting for our food, drinks and bill. The manager there is amazing though. He wasn't in when those negative incidents happened because he would have resolved it efficiently. Oh yah, dont order their Caesars (the drink) it's terrible...at every joey's really
