I bought a 2004 F250 about a year ago and I have had numerous serious problems with the vehicle since. Resulting in it having been in the shop for 6 of the 52 weeks unable to do work. Today Trevor Harper, owner of Harper Motors called me to offer to do what he could to make things right. My understanding is that they are now fixing my truck to the best of their abilities in order to make it as reliable as possible in the future. I respect and appreciate Trevor's efforts to correct this situation.
